We appreciate your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is important to us. Below, we provide you with comprehensive information about how we handle your data.

1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which includes, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All access data is processed as long as it is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.

Hosting

Some of the services for hosting and displaying the website are provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in forms provided on this website will be processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the contact options described in this privacy policy. Our service providers are located and use servers in Israel. For Israel, the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection through a decision. In addition, our service providers use servers in the USA, South Korea, Taiwan, and other countries outside the EU and the EEA for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission. Our cooperation with you is based on the standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.

2. Data Processing for Contact and Customer Communication

Contact

We collect personal data when you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases, we need the data to process your contact request and you cannot send the contact request without providing them. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

After completing your customer inquiry, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods according to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or we reserve the right to use your data beyond that, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

3. Cookies and Other Technologies General Information

To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use technologies on various pages, including so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).

Privacy Protection for Devices When using our online offerings, we use technologies that are absolutely necessary to provide the expressly desired telemedia service. Storing information on your device or accessing information already stored on your device does not require your consent.

Possible Subsequent Data Processing by Cookies and Other Technologies We use such technologies that are essential for the use of certain functions of our website (e.g., website preference settings). These technologies collect and process IP addresses, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website (e.g., information about your preferences). This is done within the framework of a balance of interests in an optimized presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You can find the cookie settings for your browser under the following links: Microsoft Edge™ / Safari™ / Chrome™ / Firefox™ / Opera™

4. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies for Web Analytics and Advertising Purposes
If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, we use the following cookies and other technologies from third-party providers on our website. Once the purpose has been achieved and we stop using the respective technology, the data collected in this context will be deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information about your withdrawal options can be found in the "Cookies and Other Technologies" section. Further information, including the basis of our cooperation with the individual providers, can be found with the respective technologies. If you have any questions about the providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the contact options described in this privacy policy.

5. Social Media

5.1 Social Plugins from Instagram (by Meta)

We use social buttons from social networks on our website. These are only embedded as HTML links on the site, so no connection to the servers of the respective provider is established when the website is accessed. If you click on one of the buttons, the website of the respective social network opens in a new window of your browser. There you can, for example, activate the Like or Share button.

5.2 Our Online Presence on Instagram (by Meta)

If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR to the respective social media operator, your data will be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes when you visit our online presence on the social media platforms mentioned above, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to display advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to your interests. For this purpose, cookies are usually used. You can find detailed information on the processing and use of data by the respective social media operator, as well as a contact option and your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, in the linked data protection information of the providers below. If you still need assistance in this regard, you can contact us.

Instagram (by Meta) is a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta Platforms Ireland"). The information automatically collected by Meta Platforms Ireland about your use of our online presence on Instagram is usually transferred to a server of Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on the standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Data processing in connection with visiting an Instagram (by Meta) fan page is based on an agreement between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Further information (information on insights data) can be found here.
